Alec Gardner (he/him) is an architect and certified Passive House consultant who has practiced architecture in Seattle, New York City, Santiago and Lisbon. He has worked on projects of varying scale - from single family homes to larger civic projects.

He is a talented designer and 3D specialist with a particular interest in multifamily and affordable housing projects. His technical experience is augmented by his hands-on construction experience. In addition to his interests in architecture, his passion is in community development where he spends his volunteer efforts. Alec is a native of Spokane and is familiar with the climate and vernacular of eastern and central Washington.
