Lowell Health Clinic
community access to healthcare
Schemata Workshop was hired by Capitol Hill Housing and Country Doctor to assist with the feasibility of a School-Based Health Center (SBHC) at Lowell Elementary. Our work was comprised of assisting with defining the program scope, development of concept designs, and analysis of feasibility.
The design concept consisted of a two-phase approach in which a temporary health center could start operations as soon as the next school year, with a full build-out in the following year. The design was inspired by the Planning Committee’s goals to reflect Lowell Elementary School’s values and culture of inclusivity.
