Finishing an accessible space for urban cyclists

Schemata joined the PLACE Studio team at 70% Construction Documents, when it was discovered that the grant-funded project required the construction of a secure bicycle shelter. Quickly responding to an aggressive design and permitting schedule, Schemata relied on its previous shelter design experience to provide structures that were extremely well integrated into an established design vocabulary and earned a very favorable review form the University of Washington’s Architectural Review Committee.
