Schemata Workshop was hired to prepare the construction documents for replacing the pool plumbing and providing a new liner at the Wenatchee City Pool. The pool is a 50-meter and 25-yard pool, with a dive tank. The last major renovation was performed in 1996. Our team included representatives who also worked on that prior renovation. Working with GDM and Rich Charbonneau, we prepared the construction documents to remove and replace the existing pool return lines resulting in better distribution and water quality. The pool will then be re lined with different colors for the two different pools , as well as all new safety markings. This project will be bid in the fall of 2022, with construction planned for after the 2023 swim season.
