Drew Scharnitzke (he/him) relocated to Seattle in 2018 to further pursue work in architectural and urban design. With a BS in Urban and Environmental Planning from Arizona State University, he combines his experience of designing for adaptive reuse and historic neighborhood infill with his passion for accessible transportation and the role of "third places" in community building. His desire for community-driven design, his extensive experience in the restaurant and service industry, and his academic experience in urban planning gives him a unique perspective to designing projects that focus on sustainable inclusion and community building. Drew spends his free time cooking, running with his dog, and enjoying the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
